1. Definitions
- "Platform" β the Ovreme web application, available at ovreme.bg and related subdomains.
- "Operator" β VIDMind Ltd. (ΠΠΠΠΠ°ΠΉΠ½Π΄ ΠΠΠΠ), UIC 207691138, registered at Bulgaria, owner and administrator of the Platform.
- "Service Provider" / "Merchant" β a natural or legal person registered on the Platform who offers their services for appointment booking.

- "Service" β a specific service offered by the Merchant (e.g., haircut, consultation, massage, etc.).
2. Description of the Platform
Ovreme is a technology platform that provides tools for Merchants to manage reservations and online appointment booking. The Platform facilitates the connection between Merchants and Users but is not a party to the relationship between them.
Important: Ovreme does NOT provide, perform, or control the services offered by Merchants. The Platform is solely an intermediary providing a technology solution for online bookings.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Platform Operator is not liable for:
- Quality of services β the quality, professionalism, safety, or results of services provided by Merchants;
- Accuracy of information β the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information published by Merchants (prices, descriptions, photos, working hours);
- Disputes between parties β any disputes, claims, or damages arising between a User and a Merchant;
- No-shows or cancellations β cases where the Merchant cancels, modifies, or fails to perform a booked service, or where the User fails to show up;
- Financial relations β payments, pricing, promotions, or any financial arrangements between a User and a Merchant;
- Damages and losses β direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a Merchant's services.
4. Merchant Obligations
By registering on the Platform, the Merchant agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their services, prices, and working hours;
- Comply with applicable Bulgarian legislation in conducting their business;
- Hold the necessary licenses, permits, and insurance for their activities;
- Not publish misleading, offensive, or illegal content;
- Manage their bookings in good faith and inform Users of any changes;
- Comply with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation regarding their clients' personal data.
Web Address (Slug) Selection
Upon registration, the Merchant selects a unique web address (slug) that forms their public URL on the Platform (e.g., ovreme.bg/your-address). When choosing an address, the Merchant agrees to:
- Use their business name or a directly related designation;
- Not use offensive, vulgar, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate words or expressions;
- Not use names of trademarks, brands, or companies that are not their own property and for which they do not have explicit written consent from the owner;
- Not use names that may create the false impression that the page is officially associated with another person, organization, or institution;
- Not use system or reserved addresses of the Platform.
The Operator performs automated and periodic manual reviews of selected addresses. Upon finding a violation, the Operator reserves the right to:
- Request a change of the address within a reasonable timeframe (up to 7 days from notification);
- Deactivate the Merchant's public page until the violation is resolved;
- Terminate the account in case of repeated or severe violations without prior notice.
The Merchant bears full responsibility for their chosen address and for any claims from third parties related to infringement of trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Activities
The Platform may not be used to offer services that:
- Are illegal or require licenses that the Merchant does not hold;
- Involve discrimination, violence, or exploitation;
- Infringe on the rights of third parties (intellectual property, personal data);
- Constitute fraud or deceptive business practices.
The Operator reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts in violation of these restrictions without prior notice.
5. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate contact information when making a booking;
- Show up on time or cancel the booking within a reasonable timeframe;
- Not abuse the Platform (fake bookings, spam, repeated no-shows);
- Not use the Platform for illegal purposes.
Minimum age: The Platform is intended for persons aged 16 and over. By using the Platform, the User declares that they are at least 16 years old. Persons under 16 may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
6. Plans and Payments
The Platform offers free and paid plans for Merchants:
- Free plan β a limited number of bookings and services per month, at no charge;
- Pro plan β extended features for a monthly subscription fee. The price is listed on the registration page and may be changed with prior notice.
If a Pro plan payment is not made, the account automatically reverts to the free plan without data loss. All existing bookings, services, settings and customizations are preserved. Free plan limits (20 new bookings/month, 3 services, 14-day booking window) apply only to future operations and do not affect already-made bookings or historical data.
Trial and Promotional Plans
The Operator reserves the right to provide, free of charge, limited or full access to paid features to selected Merchants for the purpose of platform testing, promotional campaigns, educational or charitable purposes. Such complimentary access does not constitute a taxable supply under the Bulgarian VAT Act and is not subject to invoicing. The terms and duration of the complimentary access are determined individually and may be terminated at any time with 14 days' notice.
Refunds
A Merchant may request a refund for the current paid month within 14 days of payment by contacting info@ovreme.bg. After this period, the current month's fee is non-refundable, but the subscription will not be automatically renewed. In the event of a technical inability to use the Platform due to the Operator's fault for more than 72 hours, the Merchant is entitled to a proportional refund.
Pro Subscription Card Payments
Pro subscription payments are processed through a virtual POS (vPOS) terminal operated by DSK Bank AD. The recipient of the payment is VIDMind EOOD, UIC 207691138, registered in the Republic of Bulgaria.
- Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS.
- Accepted card types: debit, credit and business Visa, Mastercard and bCard cards.
- Transactions are carried out via the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
- We do not store data of the bank cards used for payment through the site.
- If a refund of an amount paid by bank card is required, it is returned to the same card.
Additional payment terms and details:
- Accepted cards: debit, credit and business Visa, Mastercard and bCard cards (including cards issued outside Bulgaria).
- Security: Transactions are carried out using MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure (3D Secure 2). At payment time the Merchant is redirected to a secure page hosted by DSK Bank AD, where card details are entered.
- Card data storage: We do not store data of the bank cards used for payment through the site. Card data is handled entirely within the environment of DSK Bank AD, which is certified under the PCI DSS standard.
- Currency: Until 31 December 2025, payments are processed in Bulgarian leva (BGN). From 1 January 2026, with the introduction of the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria, payments are processed in euro (EUR).
- Renewal: The subscription does not renew automatically. Each payment is initiated manually by the Merchant as a separate transaction. Card details are not stored for repeat payments.
- Payment confirmation: Before confirmation, the Merchant sees the final amount due, the description of the service (Pro subscription for the relevant period) and the identification of the recipient. Upon a successful transaction, the Merchant receives an electronic invoice at the registered email address.
- Card refunds: Where a refund is approved (under the "Refunds" section above), the amount is returned to the same card used for the original payment, within 14 business days of approval. Refunds to a different card or to a bank account are not technically possible due to constraints imposed by the card schemes.
- Complaints: In the event of a transaction issue (double charge, failed payment with funds debited, undelivered service, etc.), the Merchant first contacts the Operator at info@ovreme.bg. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Merchant is entitled to file a complaint with the bank that issued the card, in accordance with that bank's terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the design, code, logo, and content of the Platform belong to the Operator. Merchants retain the rights to their own content (photos, descriptions, logos) but grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. Collected data includes:
- For Merchants: company name, email, phone, UIC (upon verification), service and schedule data;
- For Users: name, email, phone β required to complete the booking.
Data is used solely for Platform purposes β managing bookings, sending confirmations and reminders. Data is not sold to third parties.
Data Processing Roles
Under GDPR, the Merchant is the data controller for their clients' personal data (determines the purposes and means of processing). The Operator is the data processor acting on behalf of the Merchant β storing and processing data solely for the purpose of providing the service (managing bookings, sending notifications). The Operator does not use Merchant clients' data for its own purposes.
Data Retention
- User data (name, email, phone) β retained for the duration of the booking and up to 12 months after the last booking, then automatically anonymized;
- Merchant data β retained while the account is active and up to 30 days after deletion;
- Bookings β history is kept for up to 24 months for the Merchant's statistical purposes, then anonymized.
Right to Data Portability
Merchants have the right to request an export of their data (services, bookings, client data) in a machine-readable format (CSV/JSON). Requests should be sent to info@ovreme.bg and will be fulfilled within 30 days.
Users may request a copy of their personal data through the same process.
Technical Data Protection
Users' personal data (name, email, phone, notes, and additional booking fields) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is stored separately from the database. This means that in the event of unauthorized database access, personal data is unreadable without the decryption key.
Merchant passwords are hashed with bcrypt and cannot be recovered in their original form.
Communication between users and the Platform is protected with TLS (HTTPS) encryption.
Every user has the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at info@ovreme.bg.
Sub-processors
To provide the service, the Operator uses the following sub-processors:
- JumpLine / jump.bg (Delta HighTech Ltd., Bulgaria) β server infrastructure hosting and email notifications (SMTP).
All sub-processors are within the EU/EEA and comply with GDPR. The Operator does not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.
Cookies
The Platform uses only functional cookies necessary for normal operation:
- slotify_session β Merchant session (authentication);
- csrf_token β protection against CSRF attacks;
- lang β preferred interface language.
The Platform does not use analytical, advertising, or tracking cookies. No third-party tracking services (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are used.
9. Availability and Interruptions
The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee 100% availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance;
- Technical issues beyond the Operator's control;

The Operator is not liable for missed bookings or losses resulting from technical interruptions.
10. Account Termination
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Merchant's account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms of Service;

- Systematic abuse or repeated complaints from Users;

Upon termination, the Merchant will be notified in advance at their registered email, except in cases of gross violation.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or absence of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability to any Merchant is limited to the fees paid by that Merchant in the preceding 3 (three) months. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
The Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Violation of these Terms of Service by the Merchant;
- Services provided by the Merchant, including disputes with their clients;
- Inaccurate or misleading information published by the Merchant;
- Violation of applicable legislation by the Merchant.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the competent court in Bulgaria.
For consumer disputes, Users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Changes to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. In case of material changes, registered Merchants will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
By registering on the Platform, the Merchant enters into a data processing agreement with the Operator, according to which:
- The Merchant (Data Controller) determines the purposes and means of processing customer data;
- The Operator (Data Processor) processes data solely on behalf of the Merchant and for the purposes of the service;
- The Operator implements appropriate technical and organizational measures (AES-256-GCM encryption, TLS, bcrypt);
